I Made a Decision

Do you know how many people blog? A lot. Do you know how many are good at it? A tiny fraction of that lot.

What makes a successful blogger? Determination and dedication … and a lot of time. I like a challenge, but I’m not determined enough to gain a huge blog following. Because I’m not passionate about it, I’m certainly not dedicated. They say that if you want to make something work, you make time to do it. I don’t want to make time for this anymore.

What’s more, I no longer want to put information out there (helpful or not) and get nothing in return. Keeping it real … blog monetization is never going to happen here.

My subscription was set to automagically renew on August 27. I decided to disable the auto-renew feature and let this blog die.

pull the plugIt’s been a trip, but I’m finally bored with it. I prefer my handwritten journals for my own release and gratification.

It’s been real, WordPress!

I’m pulling the plug.

  1. It’s funny that I say I’m done with the blog and a few more people follow it. That seems to be proof that people are liking things without reading to get recognition or follows. Y’all have fun with that! 😄
