If time and money were no object, where would you go and why?

Many in my life know my answer to this question. LONDON! Without a doubt, the first place I would travel to if I had the chance would be the United Kingdom. My ancestry is tied to Europe (England, Wales, Germany, France, Poland, and the Czech Republic). Of course, I’d like to visit all of these places (as well as Italy), but I’m drawn most to London and can’t explain why.

Writing prompt: Feature a map and write about a place real or imaginary.

I’m a royal watcher/admirer (not stalker level, mind you) and would love to meet HM Queen Elizabeth, HRH Prince Charles, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Catherine. I know chances are slim to none of meeting any of them but even to walk the streets and visit the places they’ve been would just about complete my life!

After first vising London, I would make my way to Liverpool (home of The Beatles – I mean, come on!), Scotland, and Ireland. I’d enjoy a relaxing few days in the Cotswolds in a place like The Forge before returning to London for one last day.

My entire visit would be at least 3 weeks – maybe a full month. Then I’d need another week off at home to reflect and write about and create photo albums of my adventures.

Where would you go?

I don't believe humans truly have a purpose. Our goal is to survive until we expire. Period. Joy is pleasurable and worrying is not. Balance in life is crucial; but if the scales must tip, may they tip on the side of joy. I’m just another human trying to survive. I blog because I can and because I enjoy it, not because it serves any purpose.
