Do more of what makes you happy and worry less about what you think you should be doing. Punch the guilt monster in the face, and go have fun!
Here is what I wrote in my journal this morning…
If you’re bored and can’t think of anything to do, you’re doing it all wrong. Plan ahead by having some ideas on hand – a list that you can fall back on. Then make a plan. If you don’t plan ahead, you’re day will be half over before you know it leaving you with no time to do much of anything.
If you schedule a day out, you’re more likely to actually do it. You wake up and hit the ground running and just do it!
