Soccer Moms | Life in Pieces

Soccer mom bullying the coach to put her kid in … meanwhile, her kid is on his back on the ground, head under the bench, putting the gum from the underside of the bench into his mouth. Head obviously NOT in the game; probably doesn’t even WANT to play soccer but is being forced to by parents.

Whose pride are the parents protecting in situations like this? I think it might be their own. Bless their hearts!

Life in Pieces

Darcy Elliott

I don't believe humans truly have a purpose. Our goal is to survive until we expire. Period. Joy is pleasurable and worrying is not. Balance in life is crucial; but if the scales must tip, may they tip on the side of joy. I’m just another human trying to survive. I blog because I can and because I enjoy it, not because it serves any purpose.
