Hello 2012!

Happy New Year!

I’m not one to make resolutions for each new year, but I’m going to hammer out some goals for myself this year. One of them (surprise, surprise) is more frequent blogging! My goal is daily posts Monday-Friday. Extra posting on the weekends will be a bonus but not required. So today’s post is a bonus! 🙂

Since long-term goals rarely work out for me, my main goal is to set monthly goals. Some of these goals may be added to for the next month and some will just be considered victories or losses (hopefully more victories than losses). Victories will be celebrated and either filed away or added to. Losses will be adjusted for another attempt. Sorry, not all goals will be shared here. Believe it or not, I don’t share my entire life on the interwebs for all to see! 😀

January Goals

  1. Daily blog post Monday-Friday (no matter how small)
  2. Weekly photography self assignments posting photos on Behind the Lens
  3. Finish reading one book
  4. Toning exercise (non-aerobic) at least 3x per week

I wrote these goals down on my white board so I see them constantly. I’ll update on the last day of the month. No, really! I will! ◄ I think I’m trying to convince myself more than anyone reading. 😉
