American Idol Says Goodbye to Another

We all figured he’d go this week. Farewell, Jacob Lusk.

I guess it goes to show you that James has a lot of fans. I wonder how close he was to being next to Jacob instead of Lauren. There was pretty much a tie between them performance-wise this week in my opinion.

From here on out, it’s “anything goes”! Since America votes based only on the current week’s performance and doesn’t take into consideration the entire season, song choice is crucial now. I still say Haley’s decision to take Jimmy’s advice and do the unreleased Lady Gaga song, You and I, was a good one. What irritates me is to hear people call any of the contestants one-trick ponies. A little diversity is good, but every artist is known for a certain style. I’m finally starting to see Haley’s style, and I think she is too. I want her in the final two.

Chances are very high that we will hear Haley, James, Lauren, and Scotty on the radio within the next year or two! These are our winners already. 😀

I don't believe humans truly have a purpose. Our goal is to survive until we expire. Period. Joy is pleasurable and worrying is not. Balance in life is crucial; but if the scales must tip, may they tip on the side of joy. I’m just another human trying to survive. I blog because I can and because I enjoy it, not because it serves any purpose.
